MOROS Y CRISTIANO

The most important festival of the town of Mojácar, it commemorates the surrender of the Muslim town of Mojácar to the Catholic Monarchs at the end of the 15th century

SAN AGUSTÍN (PATRONA DE MOJACAR)

Numerous sports activities, performances and the famous ribbon races, this last event consists of young single girls hanging their ribbons with the aim of testing the ability of young people to unhook them while riding a horse.

NOCHE DE LAS VELAS

Coinciding with the Tears of San Lorenzo or rain of stars, the historic center of Mojácar turns off the artificial lighting and illuminates the town with candles.
